Description
Renz ECL 500 Electric Wire-Binding Machine. This unit binds wire-spiral elements from a small diameter of 3/16 inch up to 38 mm (1 1/2 inches), enabling binding of book blocks up to approximately 340 sheets (about 34 mm thick). It features an integrated hanging/holding rack to fix wire elements, allowing the operator to load pre-punched sheets from above before the electric closing cycle is actuated. The clamping force is applied absolutely parallel from above. A side-mounted handwheel with a scale lets you quickly adjust the diameter so the binding closes perfectly round without crushing the wire. For safety, an automatic safety circuit stops the closing cycle if the block jams. CE marking present. The item is used; scratches and normal signs of wear are present; no known technical defects.
