Description
The Twin Busch TW 445 is an electrohydraulically operated four-post car lift designed for workshop use, with a maximum load capacity of 4,500 kg. It features four stable columns and two parallel runways, with lifting driven by an electrohydraulic system using a rope drive and an integrated safety interlock. Multiple mechanical locking positions provide secure load support through the entire lift height. Safety features include a hydraulic overload valve, automatic or manual safety locking, vehicle roll-off protection, end-stop switches, and an audible warning. Maximum lifting height is approximately 1,850 mm, with a runway length around 4,510 mm. Drive power is supplied via 400 V three-phase with a motor output of about 2.2 kW, and lifting time is roughly 50 seconds. The platform includes rear sliding plates and can be optionally equipped with accessories such as axle-free jacks, turning tables, or runway extensions, making it particularly suitable for wheel alignment work.
