The GOK MobyDick Flex 400 Mobile B is a pass-through truck tire washing system mounted on a GOK frame, featuring a 20 m³ recycling tank. Central washing station dimensions are 400 × 345 × 175 cm with a wheel passage width of 280 cm and a chassis passage width of 290 cm. Maximum axle load capacity is 15 t. The installation includes four ramps with steel frames internally reinforced by concrete, each ramp measuring 2.9 m in length and rising from 0 to 0.375 m, with an approximate weight of 1,350 kg per ramp. The recycling tank package measures 20 m³ and includes an overflow weir to the pump chamber with a sieve insert to retain flotate, a galvanized pump stand, automatic fill level regulation via a float valve (max 5 bar), and a drain cap for easy tank emptying. Overall system footprint is approximately 580 × 220 × 145 cm, with usable operating water volume around 17 m³ and a clarifying area of about 13 m². The system includes complete internal piping and cabling, a pump sump to return dirty water to the recycling tank, and a floor-installed pump sump with a removable sieve insert for water recirculation. The solid steel frame features a sieve overflow and measures roughly 110 cm × 80 cm × 150 cm for these components. Technical equipment comprises two specialized submersible pumps (the MobyPump): one for washing with about 2,500 L/min capacity and one shred pump to return water to the recycling tank with about 1,600 L/min capacity. A stainless steel control cabinet houses the electrical components, and a vehicle detection sensor is installed in the entry area. Electrical input is approximately 12 kW total. Note: Nozzles are currently partially clogged and require cleaning by the purchaser. The system functioned properly up to decommissioning.
