Ipro-Tech hot-water foam cleaning system (HWS) comprising a diesel-powered, air-cooled single-cylinder 4-stroke engine driving a synchronous generator. The foam unit model is HWS 18 Kompakt (serial/stock no. 0058897002) with 435 h operating hours and is noted as not functional, while the generator portion shows 185 h and is fully functional. Specifications include a maximum output of 6.0 kVA / 5.0 kW. Overall dimensions for the foam unit are 910 x 515 x 685 mm; starting system is electric start with a 12 V / 20 Ah battery. HWS technical data: water consumption up to 1000 L/h; maximum system pressure 16 bar; working pressure 2–8 bar; maximum water temperature 98 °C; fuel: diesel (2 x 3.5 L/h max). Acoustic level 98 dB(A). Additional dimensions for the complete assembly: 1500 x 900 x 900 mm. Water tank is fully functional. Equipment includes 1x fill-level indicator, 1x water-level sensor, 1x distribution connections with GK fittings, 1x C-pipe connection. The units sit on a galvanized frame that allows transport as a complete system to the job site; the frame is fully functional and galvanized. Note: hose package with lance is defective and not functional. Overall condition is good with minor scratches and dents typical for age; no corrosion or rust detected; all water connections are tight and functional.
