The Horizon BQ 270 is a fully automatic perfect binder designed for hot-melt adhesive binding. It features Touch & Work technology for simplified setup and operation, enabling quick changeovers. Built for robust use, it handles untrimmed formats (backbone length x width) from 135 x 110 mm up to 320 x 320 mm, with a maximum trimmed final format of 314 x 307 mm. Cover formats (backbone length x open width) range from 135 x 240 mm to 320 x 660 mm. Cover stock thickness supported is 90-300 g/m². Pre-stack height in the suction feeder is 70 mm. It has 1 clamping carriage. The cycle speed is up to 500 cycles per hour. Required floor space is about 3000 x 1560 mm. Dimensions are 2360 x 910 x 1500 mm and weight is 900 kg. The unit is a used machine with some scratches and wear but is in good condition and fully functional. CE marking is indicated.
