Schließing 175 MX wood chipper powered by a Kubota diesel engine (22 HP / 16.1 kW). Manufacturer: Schließing. First registered: 12 February 2013. Operating hours are approximately 3,000. This unit is designed for brushwood processing. The on-board computer was replaced at around 900 hours. The engine shows oil loss at the crankshaft seal and generally leaks oil, with elevated oil consumption. Hood latch is defective. The original hydraulic tank is defective and has been replaced by a locally fabricated hydraulic tank mounted on the frame. Bearing of the hammer/chip shaft is defective. The main frame mounting has cracked and has been repaired several times. The chip disk shows imbalance. The knives have struck the counterblade. The drive for the feed rollers is defective, and the bearings of the feed rollers are worn. The discharge tower is damaged or worn. The intake chute is worn. The structure shows welding at several locations. The jaw coupling of the chipper drive is defective. Note: transport assistance is not included in this listing.
