The Horizon VAC-100 is a modular paper collating machine designed for paper weights of 50-210 g/m² and formats from 148 x 148 mm (120 x 148 mm with optional accessory) up to 350 x 500 mm. Paper is fed using a suction-blow air system with a suction drum per station. The system is modular and can be expanded by adding towers (A-, M-, C-towers) up to six towers in total, with optional processing modules for output and brochure production. Standard features include a preselection counter for programmed stoppage or automatic sheet separators, a double-cycle function for reloading without downtime, and a brochure program for double loading of brochures to accommodate thicker media. The machine supports combinations of the brochure program and double cycle to minimize downtime. It includes fault detection for missing, double, and jammed sheets, as well as load status in each station, and fault logging for up to eight misfeed cycles. CE marking is present. Electrical: 230 V, 50 Hz, with a connected load of 1800 W. The unit is used; signs of wear such as scratches and abrasion are present, but the machine is functional.
