The system is a containerized wastewater treatment plant by Clearfox consisting of two 20 ft ISO high-cube containers, insulated and CSC-certified, installed side-by-side and designed to operate only in combination with both containers. Container 1 houses a fixed-bed bioreactor; Container 2 contains the inclined-clarifier section and the technical area. The installation is configured for domestic wastewater and has a design capacity of approximately 25 m³. Hydraulic maximum throughput (dry-weather inflow) is 10 m³/h and the organic load is up to 10 kg CSB/day. The plant includes a PE inlet with a membrane aeration system, three fixed-bed cascades with bed media (100, 150, 200 m²/m³) as biofilm carriers, and a bottom-mounted aeration/mixing system to homogenize the water and provide oxygen to the microorganisms. Dimensions are 610 x 244 x 290 cm (L x W x H). Empty weight is about 8,500 kg; operating weight with water fill is about 33,500 kg. Includes three steel-reinforced concrete blocks for container foundation (included in price). The technology container includes the inclined-clarifier section and is arranged for pre-clarified inflow, with a PE inlet for the clarifier system and an discharge pump; the technical section includes a 3.0 kW side-channel blower for operation. The container plant shows no visible damage and has been emptied; however, no final cleaning or sludge suction has been performed. Plans showing top view and cross-section can be requested for process engineering purposes.
