The Horizon VAC-100 is a modular collating machine designed to gather sheets in weights 50-120 g/m² and formats from 148 x 148 mm (120 x 148 mm with an optional accessory) up to 350 x 500 mm. It uses a suction-blow air feed with a suction drum per station and is built in a tower-based modular design. A base tower can be expanded with additional towers (up to six in total), reaching up to 60 stations. Standard features include a preset counter to stop production at a programmed point or automatically insert separator sheets (for example in booklet production). The machine can operate in a double-cycle mode, allowing the next job to be loaded while the current one runs. In brochure handling, it can be loaded twice; combining brochure program and double cycle minimizes downtime. The system has a speed of up to 5000 cycles/hour at 20 stations. It includes fault detection for missing sheets, double feeds, jams, and misloads at each station, and maintains an error log of up to 8 faulty feed cycles. Electrical supply is 230 V, 50 Hz, with a connected load of 1800 W. The device is CE-marked. It is a used item with visible scratches and wear, but it is functional.
